ORDERS

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

It is very possible that during the season we will have some designs and numbers that will only be available via pre-order, sorry but we are forced by increased demand and availability.

The only difference with pre-orders is that your order will be delayed 5-15 business days longer than normal.

I HAVE PLACED TWO ORDERS, CAN THEY BE COMBINED?

It goes without saying that the orders can be combined if you tell us before we send the parcels, send us a message at info@seabas.gr and it's done!

I'VE SEEN A PRODUCT, BUT IT DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE AVAILABLE ANY LONGER

We know how annoying it can be to have your eye on a product and when you go to buy it, it's no longer available. That's why we recommend you to be quick and buy it before someone else does, because our most popular pieces usually sell out immediately.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

By Credit or Debit card, Cash on Delivery, Deposit, PayPal and Apple Pay

In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the possibility to do so within 14 days from the day of receipt.

2. Do you want to update your wardrobe? Choose to receive a Gift Card to choose later what you want.
3. Would you rather get your money back? No problem, full refund is here for you.

SUBMIT A REFUND REQUEST

  • Log in to your account here https://account.seabass.gr/
    • In the Email field, enter your email address and click Continue.
    • In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    • Return to the online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the order for which you want to submit a return request.
  • If your order has more than one item, then select the items you want to return.
  • Choose a reason for return and add a note about the store.
  • Click Request a refund.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

TRANSPORTATION

IN HOW MANY DAYS WILL I RECEIVE?

Stock Items: Most orders are shipped the next business day. Depending on where you live, you will receive your order in 1 to 3 working days.

Delivery to all cities in Greece takes place within 1-2 working days, On the islands the delivery time is 2-3 working days, as long as the products you have ordered are available and ready for delivery.

Delivery to Cyprus takes place within 5-7 working days from the departure of the vessel for Cyprus, The departure is carried out once or twice a week.

Pre-Order Items: In the event that the product you have selected is not in stock, the delivery time is usually 5-15 working days.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail or text message on your mobile to confirm that your products have been shipped.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Greece: Shipments throughout Greece via ACS. The price is €5.00

Cyprus: Shipments to Cyprus via ACS. The price is €8.00 [We do not accept Cash on Delivery in Cyprus]

Overseas: Ships overseas via ACS and FedEx [We do not accept Cash on Delivery abroad]

There is no additional charge for remote and inaccessible areas.

In some orders from time to time shipping will be free, valid only in Greece & Cyprus.
