EXCHANGES & RETURNS:
In case you wish to change the product you have purchased, you have the possibility to do so within 14 days from the day of receipt.

Submit a refund request

  • Log in to your account here https://account.seabass.gr/
    • In the Email field, enter the email you used when you placed your order and click Continue.
    • Log in to your Email, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
    • Return to our online store and then enter the six-digit verification code.
  • Click on the order for which you want to submit a return request.
  • If your order has more than one product, then select the products you want to return.
  • Choose a reason for return and add a note about the store.
  • Click Request a refund.

Once your return request is approved (usually within 24 hours) we will contact you!

REPLACEMENT OR EXCHANGE

You don't have to do anything at all! we will send you the new package with a return order and you will give the old package (in its original packaging and without the protective film removed) to the carrier once you receive it.

You will need to take the package to ACS (in its original packaging and without the protective film removed) with the delivery note and say that you want to make a return at the consignee's expense. Once we receive your order, the refund will be made.
